• How is the coaching delivered? Via WhatsApp direct from Gordon mobile phone to your mobile phone.
• What if I miss a day? No problem at all. You will still do all the work within the timeframe. If the work tips into a few days over the six week period then so be it. Gordon is not going to stop coaching you until you have covered all the work.
• Do I need the book to follow along? No. You absolutely do not need to purchase the book.
• How soon can I start after purchasing? As soon as Gordon has your order and mobile number he will be in touch to introduce himself, do a few warm up exercises together and then get your own Decision Day journey underway.
